The ChallengeThis is a large clinic within the city of Regina, Saskatchewan, which was previously a 24HR hospital available to service a lot of “emergencies” in the area. They are moving away from focusing on overnight emergency business and would like to rebuild their regular practice on companion animals.

TypographyPOPPINS font was chosen for its modern, sofisticated and professional charateristics.

The solution
The original logo icon was kept and incorporated into a more modern and updated adaptation to maintain brand recognition. New golden yellow brand colour represents Saskatchewan and love for animals. The corners of the cross are slightly rounded to show a friendly, caring nature, while the cross shape and new brand colour teal to represent the medical field. A deep rich brown was added new brand colour deep brown was chosen to give a sense of nature and feeling of dependabilty.
The overall feeling is warm, friendly and modern.

Several new outdoor sign designs were required, the road side marquee, overhead roof sign and fascia board signs above the doors. A full-scale print package was created for the printing of the exterior signs. |
